40k Office
Offices provide jobs, as well as patrons for your commercial floors. Keep them happy with plenty of employees & lots of food options.
  • Revenue: 10k per quarter
  • Condos provide workers for your offices.
  • Your office employees will want places to eat.
  • Workers in large towers will demand Medical & Security.

50k Hotel
Hotels are rented out nightly, unlike Offices & Condos which are rented by the quarter.

    • Neutral: 2k/day
    • Bad: 800/day
  • Housekeeping floors keep your hotel units clean.
  • Nearby commercial properties can be too noisy, however...
  • You'll need enough commercial properties in your building to attract visitors.

You'll need Housekeeping floors to keep your hotel floors clean.

100k Security
Once your tower grows large enough, you'll need to protect your sims with Security floors.

500k Medical
Much like Security, once your tower is large enough your residents will want convenient access to healthcare.
  • Cost: 200k/quarter

100k Diner
Your basic commercial unit - restaurants are essential and provide places for both tenants and workers to eat. The happier your restaurants, the more revenue they'll make.
